Hi, I am coming to DW 30 weeks pregnant with a fractured ankle! I want to use my knee walker to get to the theme parks, but then want to switch to a wheelchair once Im there. Is there a place to store the knee walker once I switch to the wheelchair?

    Hi Jodi,

I am sorry about your ankle but congratulations on your new bundle of joy! What a wonderful trip to take prior to welcoming your little one.

Knee walkers come in a variety of sizes. Without knowing your model, I will offer you some options and hopefully one will work.

All parks have lockers. You may be able to collapse your walker and place it in the locker while you are in the parks. This is really the easiest solution.

My next two suggestions may need some approvals so I am going to ask you to reach out to the team of Guests with Disabilities. I would ask this team if you could leave the knee walker in the first aide station or in the baby care center. They might also have suggestions on where you can store your knee walker.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
