We are coming to Disney on nov. 12 to 20th, staying at Coronado Springs do you know if there are any conventions scheduled for that time? Just wondering from different people saying how busy it was. Thank you!

    Hi Larry!

With less than a month to go, I imagine you are getting pretty excited for your Walt Disney World vacation!Disney's Coronado Springs is a beautiful resort and very spacious, which makes it a great place for guests attending conventions and conferences.

There will be a software conference taking place at Disney's Coronado Springs from November 12th-15th and an open forum conference on November 15th-17th.  I wouldn't let this worry you as there is often conferences and conventions at Disney's Coronado Springs that minimally impacts the resort. Most guests attending the convention will be busy throughout the day, while you will probably see guests dressed in suites at The Pepper Market, it shouldn't impact your vacation throughout your stay.

In fact, you will be visiting one of the least crowded times at Walt Disney World, which will make touring the parks a breeze.  You will also be just in time for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, which is a perfect way to get you into the holiday spirit!  I also highly recommend checking out some of Disney's other resorts to see their fabulous Christmas decorations.  Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has an incredible life size gingerbread house and even chestnuts roasting on an open fire!

I hope this was helpful, Larry and please visit me again if you have anymore questions!

Best wishes for a magical vacation!
