    Coming to disney is less than a week! My question is...what happens if our fast pass time occurs when a ride is temporarily closed?!

    Hi Savannah,

    Great question and let the countdown begin! Recently, our family was almost ready for blast off on Space Mountain when a technical difficulty prevented us from riding. We were escorted off the ride and offered a ticket to use at various attractions. The ticket (looking much like the old paper FastPasses) was good for 7 days! I cannot guarantee you'll be offered the same, but our experience was only a few weeks ago. 

    If you've noticed the ride is down before you enter, I have heard guests are provided a notification via email (if you've opted in for messaging). You'll then likely be offered alternative options. If you're traveling without a smartphone, simply visit one of the many FastPass+ kiosks throughout the parks. The Cast Members stationed here are incredibly helpful!
