Hi, we are coming to Disney in Feb. with our 4.5 year old daughter and 2.5 year old son. We will go to the Magic Kingdom for 2 days, and one other park for 1 day. We are undecided on if we should go to Epcot or Animal Kingdom given the ages of our kids.

Welcome to the Moms Panel, Susie!  Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!  I think you are very wise to spend two days at Magic Kingdom Park with your little ones. As a mom of four children myself and based on our past experiences, I would recommend visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom Park given the ages of your children. Although I think your daughter would enjoy many of the attractions at Epcot, I think your son would definitely prefer Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. I honestly believe your children will love taking in the sights and sounds that are unique to Disney's Animal Kingdom Park and also enjoy seeing all of the different animal species. Your little ones will love exploring The Boneyard, a fun play maze built around dinosaur fossils. My list of "must see" attractions include Kilimanjaro Safaris, Festival of the Lion King, Finding Nemo - The Musical, TriceraTop Spin, and the Wildlife Express Train to Rafiki's Planet Watch. Your daughter may be tall enough to experience the exciting Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain and DINOSAUR which have a height requirement of 44 and 40 inches, respectively. Be sure to take advantage of the Rider Swap option, which gives parents the opportunity to ride an attraction with a minimum height requirement while the other parent waits with the youngster too small to experience the attraction. The parents can then "swap" places allowing the second parent to experience the attraction with little to no wait. My two older children loved being able to ride certain attractions twice when their younger brothers were too small to experience the attraction. I hope this information helps in making your decision. Please don't hesitate to write me back with any additional questions. Best wishes for a magical trip, Susie!
    Happy Planning,
