    Tonya Asked

We are coming to Disney 12/16-12/21,my families first time :) One question I have is I have came across many individuals stating they received and early special promotion for the month of Dec, how do they get the promotion before its released to the public

This is such a great time of year to travel, Tonya, and thank you for visiting us with your question. I suggest checking out the independent site mousesavers.com. This resourceful site offers historical and current discounts released to special groups, like Disney Visa Cardholders, for example, and the general public. On mousesavers.com, search "historical discounts" to view a well researched chart of offers dating back several years. You'll see last year Disney offered those traveling mid December a room-only discount released in September. If you hear of an offer that applies to your travel dates in the next few months, go ahead and contact Disney at 407-W-DISNEY to see if you can modify your reservation. As long as your package is eligible, you should be able to take advantage of a new offer.

My guess is you've heard of guests receiving the elusive "pin codes" from Disney. No one quite knows the trick to receiving a special pixie dusted discount in your inbox, however it can't hurt to be sure Disney has your address! Register an account online and subscribe to the online blogs releasing information, like the Disney Parks Blog. You'll also want to check out the Special Offers on the disneyworld.com website.

Wishing you tons of fun planning your vacation, Tonya! Visit me again with any other questions coming to mind.
