We are coming to Disney for a conference for a week in October with our 3 year old and 7 month old. We ere planning to only spend three days in the parks. Is it worth it to buy a park hopper ticket with two little ones?

    Hi Megan!

I am so happy to help you get ready for a fantastic quick trip to Walt Disney World Resort! To get the most of your three days at the theme parks, I recommend that you take advantage of the FastPass+ system to help your family enjoy many of the attractions and entertainment events on your "must-do" list while avoiding Standby queues. With your little ones, you will also want to use the Rider Switch system so you don't have to miss out on the "big kid" attractions!

Park hopping is a great way to experience multiple theme parks in one day. I've taken my two little boys to Walt Disney World Resort when they were just about those ages. Since my boys are still relatively little, if we are enjoying a three day trip, I like to plan for us to spend our days in one theme park. In my experience, each of the theme parks have plenty to do to entertain my little ones for a full day.

When I am planning our theme park days, it's really important for me to leave plenty of room in our schedule for our little ones to explore things they are interested in. Whether it's stopping to play with the Green Army Men in Disney's Hollywood Studios or taking extra time to enjoy the animals at Disney's Animal Kingdom, I always want to make sure that there's time for my little ones to play. Plus, it generally takes one hour to travel between the theme parks using complimentary resort transportation. So for your quick trip, I would recommend that you purchase standard theme park tickets without the Park Hopper Option and save that money for extra souvenEARs and Dole Whips!

Let us know if you have additional questions as you finalize your plans! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
