Coming to Disney in August and staying at the Coronado Springs; I heard that the pack and plays are not guaranteed to be avaiilable, is this accurate? Will there be a charge to use one during my stay if one is available? Thanks!

    Hi Kym,

If you make a request for one on your reservation, I am sure they will do everything to have one waiting for you in your room when you check-in. If it's not in your room, just call the front desk or housekeeping and they will deliver one to you.  In the past when my daughter was young and required a pack 'n' play I never had any problems getting one as long as I requested it with my room reservation and had it "on file".  If for some reason they are limited and happen to run out, I am sure that they would have an overflow at one of the other resorts where they could borrow one from, but it may take a little while for it to get delivered.  These pack 'n' plays are complimentary, so no need to worry about any extra cost there.  Have a magical day!

    Best wishes,
