We are coming to Disney from Apr 18-25 staying at Corondo. I'm wondering about crowds for that time of year - really busy? Also looking for REALLY QUICK breakfast reommendations. We are on the dining plan but want to save that for lunch, dinner, snacks.

    Hi Randy,

You have a few options for breakfast at Coronado Springs that are quick.  Cafe Rix is a "grab and go" restaurant that has variety of breakfast choices (fruit, baked goods, etc.), Pepper Market is the resort's food court, where you can either eat in or ask for your things to go.  It is open for breakfast, and you can pick up hot and cold items.  Another convenient (and economical) choice is to stop in to Panchito's Gifts and Sundries (the gift shop right off the lobby) where you can find a good selection of cereal, milk, bagels, cream cheese, etc.  All of the rooms have mini-refrigerators and a table with chairs that will enable you to have breakfast in your room.

Finally, all of the theme parks have "grab and go" options for breakfast.  The Main Street Bakery in the Magic Kingdom is a great option (the smell alone might prompt a visit).  Sunshine Season Food Fair, located in the Land Pavilion at Epcot is a food court with a variety of quick breakfast options.  Staring Rolls Cafe offers breakfast at Hollywood Studios, as does Kusafiri Coffee Shop in the Africa area of Animal Kingdom.

I stayed at Coronado in December.  It is a beautiful resort!  Have a great time!
