Coming in 26 days! DS is gluten free. Last trip in 2010 I emailed our dining ressies to specialdiets@disneyworld.com. Is that still required? I read where gluten is now a common allergy, so not sure. I did indicate gluten on our table service ressies.

Hi, Jaynee!  Gluten free diets are pretty widely known and easily accommodated at Walt Disney World restaurants, so you really shouldn't have to email Special Diets.  It's good to have it noted on your reservations, and just make sure when you arrive at the restaurant that they do have it on the record.

Someone will be able to walk you through any buffet or talk to you even at the counter service locations to suggest options that will keep your son gluten free.  You'll find bread, desserts, even gluten free chicken nuggets available at various locations.

I hope this makes your upcoming visit stress free!  26 days will fly by before you know it!
