    Jennifer from PA Asked

We are coming for 2 days in December and just bought regular park tickets for 2 days. My husband and I wanted to split up from the rest of our group and do a park hopper on the 2nd day. Is this possible?

    Hi, Jennifer!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're so happy to help you plan some of your details for your upcoming Disney vacation!

Yes, you can upgrade a single ticket to a park hopper!

There are two ways that you can have your ticket upgraded.

    1. You can call 407-939-7523, and have a Cast Member upgrade one of your tickets over the phone. If you decide to call, you will need to be sure to prioritize your tickets,as well. This means that you will need to stop by the front desk/Concierge of your Disney resort if you are staying on property and ask them to prioritize your tickets for this trip. This just makes sure that the right tickets are used on the correct day of your visit. You can tell the Cast Member your plans on which park(s) you plan to visit on which day! If you're staying off property, just stop by the Guest Relations window BEFORE you walk into the park to have your tickets prioritized.

    Or

    2. You can wait until you arrive at your Walt Disney World resort or the Guest Relations window at the first theme park you plan to visit if you are staying off property and speak with a Cast Member. Here, you will be able to upgrade your ticket and prioritize all in one step.

Jennifer, enjoy your time at Walt Disney World! These will be two of the most magical days of your life!

I hope that you and your husband have the most magical time ever!
