I am coming for an 8day trip soon. I opted not to get the parkhopper, but my travel agent talked me into a 10day pass so that I would have the option of going to 2 parks on 2 of the days. Now I read that this practice is not allowed. Please advise.

Hi Samual.   What you read is correct.  In order to visit multiple parks on the same day, you must purchase the Park Hopper option.    Unfortunately, you cannot use two different days on your base pass to visit a second park on the same day.

The good news is that even though you have purchased your tickets, you can choose to add the park hopper option feature if you like.    Tickets can be upgraded at any time prior to use or within 14 days of first use.   Therefore, you can choose to start your vacation and if you find that this feature would be of interest, you can upgrade your pass while at Disney.   In addition to upgrading to the Park Hopper option, you can also upgrade your pass to include the Water Parks & More feature as well as the No Expiration option.   Enjoy your trip!
