Hi I am coming to the beach club next year and my friend arrives 1 week later we are both using the dining plan and our families want to sit together at selected restaurants is it possible to combine our bookings so this can happen? regards

    Hi Mark,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for sending us your question.  How exciting that you will be at Walt Disney World Resort while your friends are visiting as well.  You most certainly can dine together, the process is actually quite simple.  One person will need to make an Advanced Dining Reservation for your entire party (both families included).  This can be done up to 180 days prior to your arrival at Walt Disney World Resort, and I would suggest making your reservations as close to the 180 day mark as possible because the more popular dining locations tend to fill up quickly.  Advanced Dining Reservations can be made online or by calling (407) 939-1947 (0800 16 90 748 from the UK).

If you are planning on making a number of reservations together, I would also recommend adding your friends on My Disney Experience.  Once you have invited your friends, everyone will be able to plan and share information together.  More importantly, once you make a reservation for the group, it will appear on everyone's My Disney Experience.  When you are closer to your arrival date you will also be able to make FastPass+ selections for everyone, if you choose.

I hope that helps Mark.  Please let me know if you have any more questions as you continue to plan.  I would be happy to help!
