Coming back to WDW for the 1st time in 20 yrs. with my mom and sister. We're staying at All Star Movies. For the sake of nostalgia we would like to visit pool area of A.S. Music. We would like to recreate a couple of old photos there. Would this be ok?

    Hi Amanda,

What fun to be able to revisit Walt Disney World with our mom and sister to relive old memories and make new ones! I love the idea of re-creating photos from 20 years ago.

All-Star Movies and All-Star Music are adjacent resorts, and you can easily walk from one to another in 10 minutes or so. As far as I know, there is no restriction on guests from one resort visiting the pools or other public areas of the other resort.

Speaking of pictures: It's much easier to capture lots of images of your family's trip now than it was on your last visit 20 years ago. You may want to consider Memory Maker, the unlimited digital Photo Pass system that allows you to capture photos with characters, on rides and in various places around the parks and resorts for one price. The photos are all linked to your My Disney Experience account by your MagicBand and can be accessed and downloaded with ease.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Amanda. Please check back with us if you have other questions about planning your trip or would like recommendations on dining, FastPass+, special events or other parts of your vacation. We're ready and eager to help.

    Enjoy!
