We are coming back to Disney, but staying off site. We have cast member friends that are getting us into the parks. Can we use our magic bands once we are in the parks for FastPass+, paying at stores & dining even though we have no tickets attache

    Hi Loy,

Hooray for a vacation at Walt Disney World! I love that you are going to be able to see Cast Member friends as well as enjoy the parks. Unfortunately, I don't think you are going to be able to use MagicBands on this vacation. You can use MagicBands for FastPass+ when you have a ticket associated with your My Disney Experience account. If your Cast Member friends are getting you in to the parks, you won't have a ticket to associate with your My Disney Experience account.

You won't be able to use the MagicBand for charging at retail and dining locations because you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort. You have to be staying on property and have a credit card associated with your account before you can use your MagicBand to charge purchases.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
    Wishing you a magical vacation,
