We are coming in August and my son who is 14 months is obviously too young to sit in a seat by himself on the Magic Express from the airport. Do I need to bring a carseat?

    Hi, Alicia!

I’m so glad to hear you’re planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! I’m a big fan of introducing little ones to the magic of Disney early on. As a parent, there’s something extra special about seeing the theme parks through our kids’ young eyes.

You’re not required by Florida law to use a car seat or booster seat on airport shuttles or on Walt Disney World Resort transportation, such as buses and boats. In fact, car seats are actually not permitted in the passenger cabins on Disney’s Magical Express and must be stowed in the storage compartment underneath the motor coach. Your son can either sit on your lap or occupy the seat next to you.

I hope this information is helpful, Alicia. Please feel free to ask me any other questions you may have as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted vacation!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
