I would like to collect the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom cards at Disney's Magic Kingdom. Can I get a pack of these cards at Magic Kingdom each time I visit, even though I do not play the game?

Hello Sharon! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom quickly became my daughter's favorite activity at Magic Kingdom and we play a round during every visit. We have been able to complete an entire set of the original collection, as well as capture some special releases for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

The good news is that Guests can receive a complimentary pack of Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom cards on each day that they visit Magic Kingdom. The only expectation is that you must visit and scan at least your initial starting location to be able to get the new pack.

When you receive Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom cards, you will be given a starting point. All you need to do to get additional cards on your next visit is to scan that initial location (at least). I have visited without doing this on the following day and Cast Members have asked that I go scan that initial location and return once I have done so for my new pack of cards.

If you know that you will not be playing on a given day but want the cards for the following date, ask to do the Main Street, U.S.A. quest. That way you can scan immediately upon receiving the cards and be ready to receive more cards the next.

    Have a Magical Visit!
