I am clueless! I've never been to Disney World. We want to take our family of 6. Two of them will be age 2 and under. We have a budget of $6,000. We want to stay for 6 nights. And we'd like to go the first week in August. Can you guide me?

    Hi, Jami!

I just spent a little time at www.disneyworld.com pricing out some options. With a family of 6, I would suggest a roomy Family Suite at Disney's Art of Animation. Each suite features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a living area with sofa beds/murphy beds, and plenty of space for pack an plays for your little ones.  You will also have a kitchenette (perfect for snacks and milk) and 2 full bathrooms.

This Art of Animation suite would run about $4200 including tickets, and about just under $5800 if you want to include the Disney Dining Plan.  Prices are subject to change, and you can vary this price by adding or deleting options such as the Park Hopper option on your tickets, the type of dining plan, or even finding a Special Offer for your vacation dates.

If you like the idea of a Family Suite, but want to save some money, similar suites are offered at All-Star Music.  These suites are a bit older, but will save you probably about $400 or more. If you can fit it into your budget, the Art of Animation will probably be a bit nicer but that is up to you and your travel budget!

Have fun browsing all the resort options. I hope you find the perfect vacation for you and your family to enjoy!
