Since the closing of Ariel's Grotto, have you heard if there is going to be any other kind of Disney Princess character dining experience?

    Hi Brenna!

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I can't wait for your family to make unforgettable memories at the Happiest Place on Earth. Since Ariel's Grotto Restaurant closed to make way for the brand new Lamplight Lounge in Pixar Pier, there is currently not a Princess dining experience available. There are, though, still many ways to meet and mingle with your favorite Disney Princesses at the Disneyland Resort. The number one place to do just that is Fantasy Faire in Disneyland Park. Here you can have a regal experience at the Royal Hall or even see some princesses perform their fairy tale stories at The Royal Theatre.

In Disney California Adventure Park there are also some Princess experiences you will not want to miss. You can meet your favorite Frozen sisters at Anna & Elsa's Royal Welcome and see the whole gang perform at Frozen - Live at the Hyperion. This breathtaking show is not to be missed if you are a Frozen fan. You can also see many Princesses twinkle and glow as they make their way across this park in the Paint the Night Parade.

As always, don't forget to also check the Disneyland app for other Princess and Disney Character meets that may take place throughout the day at both parks.

I hope this helps and that you enjoy these magical experiences on your vacation. Please feel free to return if you have any other questions!
