The closer our May cruise on the Fantasy gets, the more questions I have! I read on another site that a spending limit can be put on the Key To The World cards. Can I let my grandgirls have spending privileges, but set a limit on their individual cards?

    Welcome Aboard, Victoria!
May will be here before you know it - the wait is almost over! Soon you'll be cruising the high seas on the gorgeous Disney Fantasy, and having tons of fun in the sun. I'm happy to help with your questions!

First, let me say that I love the term "grandgirls" - how cute!! I'm a mom of two girls, I'll have to pass that along to my mom. She'll love it!

Your Key to the World Card covers all the bases - it's your boarding pass, stateroom key, and shipboard charge card. Each member of your traveling party will have their own card. You have several choices with the kids' cards. You can allow them to have full charging privileges, no charging ability at all, or you can place a limited amount of cash on their account. We like to give our girls a set spending limit on their cards. They enjoy going to the onboard shops and spending their "own" money. It's also a good bargaining tool for chores at home before the trip - we let them earn money that we put in their onboard account!

I hope this helps! Please come back as your trip gets closer if you think of any more questions. I want to make certain that you and your "grandgirls" have the most magical vacation ever!
