How close to check in date can you add Dining Plan? I heard it was up to 24 hours out but am getting conflicting answers with some saying 48+ hrs. Just want to be clear.

    Greetings Torey,

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel- we love to help!

It is preferred that you add a Disney Dining Plan to your Walt Disney World reservation at least three days before arrival.  However, it may be possible to add it closer to the date.  Either way, I recommend giving the fine Cast Members at Disney Hotel Reservations a call to inquire if it is still available.

One of the reasons I love using the Disney Dining Plan is the ability to incorporate it into my vacation payments. The fun of dining reservations can begin!  I hope that you will have the chance to enjoy a Character Dining experience while visiting the Walt Disney World resort.  They are my family's favorite!

    See ya real soon,
