If you could choose between ft wilderness cabin or wilderness lodge standard view room what would you choose for two adults and 4 year old boy coming in late June for last four nights of long stay ( already stayed at CBR and CSR for 3 weeks)?

Hi Nicole, A 3 week long Disney Vacation sounds like heaven on earth to me!

I would choose the Wilderness Lodge over the Cabins at Fort Wilderness in a heartbeat. The Wilderness Lodge is absolutely gorgeous. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail takes my breath away. It wouldn't bother me at all that I was in a standard view room as opposed to a courtyard view.

My family stayed in a Cabin last October. Taking into consideration that you'd be traveling with one small child (as opposed to the four kids that my husband and I brought), I still think that you would find the sleeping quarters to be a bit cramped. I personally prefer at least a queen sized bed, and the beds in the Cabins are singles and doubles.

If exploring Fort Wilderness is what you are looking for, you can simply head on over there from the Lodge at any time. There is a lot to enjoy over at the Fort, and I definitely recommend that you do so. I'd just choose to spend my nights in the beautiful Wilderness Lodge.

Hope this helps and have a wonderful vacation,

    Kaylene
