Can I choose a 7 day base ticket and just add 2 or 3 waterpark days? Can we go to MK in the morning and use one of the WP in the afternoon or do they have to be on different days? if we do different days, then that is 9 or 10 days total? please help!

    Shawna:

You can buy a 7-day base ticket and go to the water parks on single entries, but it's cheaper to look at the Water Parks & More option for your base ticket--even if you don't use all of its benefits.  But before you decide on how many days to purchase on that base ticket, let's explore the Water Parks & More option.

First of all, when you add the Water Parks & More option at $52 plus tax onto each guest's ticket, you will be given an equal number of visits as you have days on your ticket to Disney's two Water Parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), Disney Quest, ESPN Wide World of Sports or a round of golf at Oak Trail. For example, if you purchase a 7-day base ticket, you would receive 7 visits.

You can take these visits on the same day you go to a theme park, or use them to extend your vacation.  For example, if you plan to stay at Disney for just 7 days, you may consider simply getting a 5-day base ticket and visiting the Water Parks on the other two. You can mix and match, visiting the water parks on days you go to the theme parks AND visit them on days you don't go to the theme parks.

If you plan on going to any of the Water Parks or Disney Quest more than once, it's a good deal to add it to your ticket. If you have any more questions about it, just come visit me at my bio page.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
