    Kate from QC Asked

If I choose to buy an annual pass as a resident of Canada, can I have it mailled to my Canadian adress? Can I have it sent directly to my room? How long in advance can I buy it for a room delivery? If I stay in a Disney hotel will I have more magic bands?

    Rebonjour Kate,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

When you purchase a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass, you don’t actually need to get it mailed to your home (though you can certainly choose to do so) or to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. Once you purchase it, you’ll be asked to link it to your My Disney Experience account, which will allow you to make your FastPass+ selections. You’ll still have to stop at Guest Relations, however, in order to activate your Ticket prior to entering your first Theme Park.

The only thing that can’t be sent to you, as a Canadian Resident, is the MagicBand associated with your Annual Pass. You can, however, have it sent to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Just enter your Resort’s address when you customize your MagicBand. I’d recommend ordering it at least 2 weeks before your arrival in order to allow it to have plenty of time to get there before you check in.

This MagicBand is on top of the ones that will automatically be issued to you as a Guest staying in “on property” in a Disney Parks hotel. This is why I’ve actually seldom ordered my Annual Passholder MagicBand - I find I get enough from all of my hotel stays!

I hope my answer is helpful! Please come back and see us if you have any other questions. Et n’oubliez pas que vous pouvez également venir nous poser des questions en français, si vous le souhaitez.

    Have a Magical Day,
    Lynne
