We have 2 choices for dates of 2012, and was wondering which would be better? 1 week before Palm Sunday or 1 week after Easter? Please help!

Hi April! My family finds our Disney vacations are much more enjoyable when the parks are less crowded, so you're smart to be thinking about the best week to visit before you book your trip. Spring is a very popular time to vacation at Walt Disney World since many colleges and schools have week-long breaks in March and April. Attendance levels in the parks peak from mid-March through Easter, which is in mid-April next year. While the first few days after Easter Sunday are crowded, the attendance levels then drop quite a bit as everyone returns to school. For this reason, I'd recommend the week after Easter over the week before Palm Sunday. You'll deal with crowd levels that are moderate, rather than high, that week.

Wishing you a magical spring vacation! Come see us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We're happy to help!
