    Jessica from MI Asked

Will my child need a carseat to ride on the buses to and from the hotel (park and airport) provided by Disney?

    Hi, Jessica!

Thanks for submitting your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Normal travel would require my two little toddlers to have their car seats. However, while at Walt Disney World, car seats aren't needed or permitted when traveling from the airport using Disney's Magical Express or when traveling from your resort to the parks or Disney Springs.

The motorcoaches that Disney uses don't have the proper restraints for car seats, but if you want to bring your car seat with you, you are more than welcome to store it underneath the bus and take it with you to your resort. When we are headed to and from the airport, we typically sit a few seats behind the front seat. By having a seat in the front of us, it provides a bit of protection.

I hope this helps you! Enjoy your time at Walt Disney World!

    Wishing you magic and memories!
