I have a child who is according to his pyschologist is borderline ADD and has some learning disabilities. I was told to get letter from pyschologist stating disabilities and disney would give us a guest services pass to get on attractions without waiting??

Hi Barbara!  Disney is very supportive of all guests with disabilities and wants to ensure a good vacation for them as well.  It is not guaranteed for any guest to automatically receive any sort of pass for a park.  It is suggested you head to Guest Services at each park and explain your medical disability and ask them for their suggestions for you to enjoy your day. They will help you in any way they can.  Unfortunately, many  people abused the system in the past and each case is assessed individually.  I am not able to tell you exactly what plan they can have for you but be sure and make that your first stop of the day to get their guidance.
