Does Chef Mickey's require 1 table service credit or 2 credits? Going in April 2019.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ashley!

I'm so pleased you are interested in dining at Chef Mickey's on the fourth floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort during your spring 2019 vacation. There's no better place to meet Mickey and his pals. My parents, who are in their seventies, still insist that we dine at Chef Mickey's every time they travel with us to Walt Disney World Resort.

Although the number of table service credits required for a meal at Chef Mickey's could change between now and your trip, a meal at Chef Mickey's today would cost only one table service credit from your Disney Dining Plan. Let me explain how you can check to see how many credits are required for a specific Disney restaurant. Type in the name of the restaurant in the search bar at www.disneyworld.com and hit return. When the restaurant's page opens, look for the phrase "Some Dining Plans Accepted" in the middle of the right side of the page. Click on it and a chart will appear showing the number of credits necessary to dine at that restaurant. This is a very useful tool for folks trying to figure out how to best use their Disney Dining Plan credits on an upcoming trip.

When you call (407) WDW-DINE, or (407) 939-3463, 180 days before your trip, I hope you are able to reserve all the amazing Walt Disney World Resort restaurants you desire. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

Sending best wishes and pixie dust,
    Jill
