On our checkout day we would like to go to Epcot in the morning, our flight leaves at 4:45PM. How do we handle hotel checkout, storage of our luggage, and Southwest airline baggage check in? We will be using Magical Express. Thanks.

Hi Gail! Many guests have late flights on their check-out days and wish to enjoy a few last hours in a park.

Check-out is at 11am for the resorts so you will want to make sure you take care of this before you head off for Epcot. Take your luggage to the airline checkin location at your resort and simply take care of this also before you go to the park. You can do this as early as 5am but I am sure you won't need to be up that early. But you must do it before 1pm as the desks close at this time and if you miss it you will have to take it all with you and check it in at the airport. So when you get up and get organized take all your checked luggage down and send it off to Southwest using the hotel luggage service. They will also print your boarding passes if you need them. Then take anything you might need for carry on totes but don't want to take to the parks with you and have them stored with the luggage valets at your resort. When you return to catch your Magical Express bus you simply get these things out of storage.

It is so nice to not have to deal with the luggage at the airport so I strongly encourage you to use the service!
