Teens on attractions

When checking in for a ride using a DAS pass, can you check in with any ride Cast Member or do you have to go to the specific ride you would like to access?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Susan, we would be happy to assist you further.

I rely greatly on Disney’s Disability Access Service for my son. Upon consultation with a Cast Member at any Guest Relations once inside any Disney Theme Park, with all in your travel party, if the service is deemed applicable, a photograph of the person requiring the service will be taken and all Theme Park Admission Cards, or MagicBands will then be associated.

To request a Disability Access Service (DAS) return time for a particular attraction, anyone associated to the (DAS) during that visit may approach a Cast Member at the FastPass+ entrance for that specific attraction. For example, if my son requests the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, then he, or anyone in our travel party associated to his (DAS) must consult with a Cast member at the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train FastPass+ entrance for a return time. You can only secure one (1) Disability Access Service return time, at a time.

When it’s time to return to board the attraction, my son has to be the first person to check into the FastPass+ queue because it’s his (DAS), and then we all follow.

Please note, that, you can also utilize Disney’s FastPass+ service in addition to the Disability Access Service. May I offer Disney’s Services for Guests with Disabilities in preparation for your arrival to optimize your visit?

We hope this information is helpful, Susan and wish you a magical Disney vacation!
