    Derwin from LA Asked

We will be checking in our resort on December 23rd and wanna know if there is a way we can find out where our room will be located

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Derwin, we thank you for your question!

Upon check-in at your Disney Resort hotel Front Desk, the Cast Member will ask you if you would like to receive Text notification, containing your Guest Room number when your Guest Room is ready, or, in some exceptional situations your Guest Room may even be ready when you arrive, although not guaranteed.

Now would be a good idea to download the free My Disney Experience mobile app to manage your plans ahead of time and during your visit. Also, please complete your Disney Resort hotel Online Check-In to expedite your arrival at the Front Desk; just be sure to register with My Disney Experience and link all reservations and purchases to your account and finalize Advance Dining Reservations, FastPass+ selections and personalize your MagicBands since the Holiday Season at Walt Disney World Resort is a popular and busy time for many Guests.

May I offer Walt Disney World News for all the exciting adventures, such as Epcot® International Festival of the Holidays and Pandora – The World of Avatar that await your exploration?

We hope this information is helpful, Derwin and we wish you a most joyous holiday vacation at Walt Disney World Resort!
