Hi. When you check into the resort hotels before your arrival, from home, are you assigned a room number at that time? Is it really that much of a savings in time to check in beforehand? We are staying at the coronado springs in about two weeks. Thx!

    Hi Kimberly!

I love using the online check-in service for all of my Walt Disney World Resort stays!  How the online check-in process works is that you check-in online 10 days or less before your Walt Disney World vacation is scheduled to begin. You will not receive you room number when you do the online check-in, but when you get to your Walt Disney World Resort, you pick up a packet that contains your Key to the World Cards (your room keys and park tickets on one card), your room number, and other Resort information. The online check-in can save you time when you get to your Resort because all you have to do is get in the online check-in line to pick up your packet. Typically, the online check-in line is shorter than the regular check in lines especially if lots of guests are arriving at the same time.

I hope that you make some lifetime memories on your next vacation at Walt Disney World!
