When we check out of our Disney Resort, we will still have 2 counter-service meals remaining on our dining plan. Can we return to Disney Springs, 3 days after we checked out of our resort, to use these remaining counter-service meals?

Hi David, and thank you for bringing this most delicious question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The Disney Dining Plan offers a convenient and hassle-free way to vacation by allowing guests to pre-pay for their meals in advance. Then, during vacation, there is no need to worry about meal budgets or calculating menu prices. Simply tap your MagicBand when redeeming meal or snack credits and you are all set to go...Hakuna Matata!

David, just as a reminder, when purchasing the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, each guest 3 years of age and older on your reservation will receive two quick-service dining credits (redeemable for one entree and one beverage) and two snack credits for each night of your stay, as well as one Resort refillable mug.

In the event you have not used all your dining credits at the time of check-out, I am happy to confirm that you will still have until midnight on your day of check-out to use up any remaining credits. Unfortunately, however, dining credits will not be valid after your day of check-out. Hopefully you will still be able to make a trip to Disney Springs after checking out of your Disney Resort hotel to use up any remaining dining credits. With so many great dining options to choose from at Disney Springs, you can't go wrong.

David, I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue with your trip planning. Should you have any other questions about the Disney Dining Plan, or anything else, please be sure to let us know. We are here to help!

    Bon Appétit!
