    Deborah from CA Asked

On your check in date, can you use your resort pool before your room is ready?

Hello, Deborah and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we thank you for your excellent question!

You are most welcome to enjoy your Disney Resort hotel swimming pool while you wait for your Guest Room, where you may opt to receive a Text Message when it's ready. What a fantastic way to begin your Disney vacation, relaxing after a long journey, which is why I recommend packing those first day essentials, such as bathing suits, sunscreen and hats in my carry-on bag, until my luggage arrives a little later via Disney’s Magical Express® service.

May I offer Disney’s Resort hotel Online Check-In to expedite your arrival at the Front Desk so you can get to that refreshing swimming pool faster? Or, your may wish to catch complimentary Walt Disney World® Bus Service from your Resort hotel to Disney Springs where lots of shopping, entertainment and dining await your exploration.

Don’t forget to customize your plans via My Disney Experience for Advanced Dining Reservations, FastPass+ Planning and personalizing MagicBands.

We hope this information is helpful, Deborah, wish you many magically memorable Disney adventures and we would be honored to assist you again soon!
