Fireworks at Magic Kingdom

What's the cheapest hotel you can stay in to view the fireworks from?

    Hi Kristen,

The fireworks displays at Walt Disney World Resort are pretty spectacular. I'm glad you're planning to include them in your vacation itinerary.

There are several reasonably priced hotels you may want to consider if viewing fireworks is important to you. If you're hoping to catch Happily Ever After from your hotel, then you won't find better priced accommodations than The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. If you head to the beach at this rustic, inviting resort, you'll be able to watch the fireworks each night. If camping is not your cup of tea, then book a more traditional guest room at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. This magnificent resort is my favorite hotel in the entire world, and it also happens to be the most reasonably priced deluxe resort on Disney property. You can see the fireworks from some of the guest rooms or from the walkway along Bay Lake.

If, however, you're more interested in viewing IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth at Epcot, reserve a guest room on a high floor at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. These rooms are especially well-priced if you qualify for one of the discounts they reserve for teachers and nurses.

Keep in mind that you can watch the fireworks from any hotel, even if you are not a guest there. For instance, I often watch fireworks from the beach at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, even if I am staying elsewhere.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Jill
