    Is there any way to see the charges incurred in the parks using the magic bands after you return from your trip? My hotel reservation doesn't show up now that the trip is over.

    Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel, and hello to a fellow NJ Disney Guest! I do hope your Walt Disney World vacation was a most magical stay.

    During your stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can use your My Disney Experience Mobile App to check on charges that have been made to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room.

    When you checked out of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you should have received an email with a subject similar to "Your Disney Resort Hotel Receipt." The email should have included a folio attachment that contained all the details of any room charges that were made to your account. You can also follow up with the Guest Experience Services Billing & Research team at 407-828-5630 and select option 3. They are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST and Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. You can also email them at guest.services.billing@disneyworld.com.
