For character experience, e.g. Rapunzel, is it necessary to make reservations? I can see available times for desired date, but it says THIS IS NOT A RESERVATION. Is there a way to plan that experience?

    Hi Alejandro!

It sounds like you are making some wonderful plans for a Princess of your own.  You are correct, when you view Rapunzel's meet and greet times at Princess Fairytale Hall, selecting "show in my plans" is not a reservation but simply a way to plan to do this attraction.

However a FastPass+ may be selected for this attraction, and that is definitely a specific time reservation in which you may enter the FastPass queue.  When you are on the Magic Kingdom webpage and are viewing Meet Rapunzel and a Visiting Princess at Princess Fairytale Hall, notice that there is a selection at the top right side of the page which says "Fastpass+ offered".  If you are staying at a Disney resort hotel and are within your 60 day FastPass+ selection window you may click on that link to select a FastPass+ for that attraction.  If you are not staying on property then you may select your FastPass+ once you are in the theme park at one of the many kiosks located throughout the park.

It is not necessary to have a FastPass+ to visit any of the Princesses at Princess Fairytale Hall.  You may use the standby queue if you like.  I have done it both ways with my daughter, so it is a matter of what is best for your vacation plans.

I hope this information is helpful in planning your visit.  If you have any more questions, please just submit another question and we would be happy to help you find your answers.

I hope your visit with Rapunzel is the "Best Day Ever!"
