What character dinning do you recommend for a DS 4 & DD 18mon? We have done Garden, Tusker, Cyrstal, & Hollywood. Loved them but want to do something diffrent and now we have our new daughter! Love you guys!

Since you now have a little princess in your life, I'm sure you'll want to experience the princess character meals eventually. However, I suggest you hold off for a year or two for that. In my experience, the princess interaction usually works best when they can really hold a conversation with the children.

All of your previous character meals have been in the parks. Maybe it's time for you to branch out and try a character meal at a resort. The monorail resorts are easily accessible if you're at the Magic Kingdom. It's easy to pop out of the park for a quick meal. The most obvious choice would be Chef Mickey's. This is the quintessential character dining experience with the quintessential Disney characters: Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto and Goofy. There is a huge buffet, which is great for small children -- nearly any food preference can be accommodated. Another good choice would be the Ohana breakfast at the Polynesian with Lilo and Stitch. This is an energetic meal where the kids are encouraged to move around a bit and dance during intervals throughout the meal. This can be a real plus for parents of children who don't like to sit still in a restaurant for too long.

Good luck and have a great Walt Disney World vacation.
