    Hi Kathy:

Although always subject to change, a great place to get to spend some time with Chip 'n' Dale is at character dining at the Garden Grill in Epcot. What my boys love about The Garden Grill is that the restaurant rotates, a feat our kitchen at home can't match. And they love seeing Chip 'n' Dale and friends at the restaurant.  You can also hang out with Chip 'n' Dale at the Chip 'n' Dale Campfire Sing-a-Long at Fort Wilderness. The Meadow Recreation Area's outdoor theater is home to the nightly Chip 'n' Dale "Sing-a-Long" and marshmallow roast. I've had great luck spotting Chip 'n' Dale in the parks, particularly at the Epcot Character Spot.  I've also spotted the duo in the Magic Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom.  Your best bet to catch Chip 'n' Dale is to stop by guest relations at any of the theme parks and ask them to call the "character hotline" for you. The character hotline will be able to tell you if, where, and when any particular character will be in the parks that day.

Disney World accommodates many different types of allergies.  I would start by reviewing more details at Disney World's Special Dietary requests page.  You'll see that most Disney World restaurants can accommodate gluten-free requests in some capacity.

Disney Quest is a wonderful experience.  It's just about all-inclusive, but there are a couple of stations, such as a create zone, where there is an additional cost.

    Enjoy your vacation.
