    How can I change the name on a pass? I bought it for my fiance for Christmas. We are no longer together, and she doesn't want to pay for it.

    Greetings Belmer,

    Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I'm sorry to hear about the Annual Passport situation. Unfortunately, the Disneyland Resort Annual Passport Terms and Conditions disclosure clearly states that Annual Passports are nontransferable. Further, if an  Annual Passport on your account goes unpaid, it can affect you, come renewal time. You may not be able to renew your own Annual Passport unless both Passports are paid.
    So here are my suggestions--
    Try to convince her to pay the balance on her Annual Passport. A good idea would be ask a mutual friend to share with her some of the amazing things happening at the Disneyland Resort like:
    *The return of the Main Street Electrical Parade at the Disneyland Park and;
    *The Food and Wine Festival from March 10 through April 16 at the Disney California Adventure Park
    The other suggestion would be to continue fulfilling your payment responsibilities for both Passports and make the most of your Passports by visiting the Disneyland Resort as frequently as possible!
    As you know, there is a whole lot to smile about when visiting the Happiest Place on Earth. The Parks also offer a unique distraction and a happy outlet when dealing with tough situations.

    Here's to a great rest of the year...
    Hakuna Matata!
