    Maureen from AL Asked

how do I change the name of a guest on my reservation. When I made the reservation I wasn't connected. Now that I am she's showing up as 2 different people and the wrong one is connected to the reservation.

Hi, Maureen!  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I recently experienced a similar situation to the one that you are asking about.  Last year, I was booking a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stay with my friend and fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist, Eean.  I reserved our room before we linked our My Disney Experience accounts, so the profile that was attached to our resort hotel reservation was just a generic name rather than Eean's actual My Disney Experience profile.

All I needed to do to correct this was to call the Help Center phone number for My Disney Experience.  I explained the situation to a Cast Member, and they were able to get it all sorted out for me.  They had no trouble replacing the generic profile on our reservation with the correct one from my Family & Friends List.  I'm sure a Help Center Cast Member will be able to take care of that error on your reservation quicker than you can say, "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!"

It looks like you are still several months away from your arrival date, but be sure to get this issue all straightened out as soon as possible.  You will want the correct guests attached to your resort hotel reservation when it comes time to make your FastPass+ selections.  Walt Disney World Resort Hotel guests can make their FastPass+ selections 60 days in advance.
