We'll be celebrating our youngest son's 5th birthday on our trip. Will we be able to buy his gifts at one of the parks and have them giftwrapped and delivered to the restaurant or our room at the Caribbean Resort?

    Not exactly.

There is a package delivery service at WDW. If you buy merchandise in the parks, you can have it delivered back to your hotel. However, there is no gift wrapping service. Also, the merchandise won't be sent to your room, you will have to retrieve it from the package pick-up desk at the hotel. (These are usually located in the gift shops.)

I do have an alternative for you...

You may want to contact the WDW floral and gift basket department. They have a website at disneyflorist.com that shows many lovely gifts that you can have sent to your Disney hotel room or to a WDW restaurant. There are choices for adults and children for every occasion. Some of the gifts shown on the site are simple and sweet and some are over-the-top fabulous.

Take a look at the site. But don't worry if you don't find exactly what you're looking for. By calling
407-827-3505, any of the gifts shown there can be customized. If a basket comes with one set of Mickey ears and you need two, just ask. If a basket comes with a stuffed Minnie and you need a stuffed Mickey, ask for a switch. The florists can even make a fully customized gift starting completely from scratch, tell them what you want and they'll do whatever they can to make it happen.

I hope your son has a wonderful birthday at Walt Disney World.
