We are celebrating 4 different birthdays when we come in Dec. I just found out some restaruant offer maybe a dessert or something special when you "celebrate" with them. Should I celebrate at every place? Is there a list of what surprises you may

Hi Maggie! Walt Disney World loves to help guests celebrate, and it sounds like your family will be doing lots of celebrating during your December vacation! When you arrive, stop by Guest Services or your resort front desk to pick up free Birthday Buttons for those in your group who are celebrating. Each person can wear their button on their special day or they can all wear them for the whole vacation. As you walk through the parks wearing the button, castmembers and even guests wish you Happy Birthday. Sometimes when members of my family have worn Birthday Buttons, participants in parades have shouted Happy Birthday to them!

In addition to wearing the Birthday Buttons, be sure to note on your resort and dining reservations that members of your party are celebrating during your visit. On past trips when someone in my family was celebrating a birthday, we've received little surprises such as a card from Mickey in our resort room or a special dessert at a restaurant, among other things. I won't give away all the special little surprises, because then they won't be surprises!  You never know when a restaurant will do something special for you, and not all of them do, so definitely have your family members wear their button all day and note the celebration on all your reservations to increase your chances at receiving a little surprise.

Wishing you a magical December celebration! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
