Celebrating my daughter's 3rd birthday any suggestions or ideas to make this week extra memorable for her.

    Hi, Cindy!

Yippee!  A birthday celebration is so much fun.  Start with picking up a free "Happy Birthday" button at Guest Services so everyone will know it is your daughter's special day!

Since your daughter is young, she probably won't remember many details of this magical trip, so you will want to do some fun projects for her to look back on.  Start with bringing along a large birthday card.  When you are at character meet and greets, have the characters sign the card.  Who does not love a birthday card from Mickey and his friends!

Get your daughter an autograph book.  You can bring one from home, decorate an inexpensive notebook, or just buy one at WDW.  Let her have fun with it!  Have her write her name, draw pictures of the characters, whatever she wants.  It is so much fun to not only look back at the Disney pals' autographs, but to see what your daughter added.  My kids used to like to ask the servers at restaurants to sign their books, little kids they would chat with in line while waiting for Dumbo, or Cast Members.  This was so much fun for them.   And it kept them busy during any wait times.

For some more birthday fun, bring along some decorations for your room.  Make the celebration last your whole vacation with signs or balloons all around your room.

However you celebrate, I hope your princess' third birthday is full of magic and surprises.
