We are all celebrating our anniversaries together. So, we are doing the Grand 1 cruise. Never, ever, did anything like this before. No idea how much to tip or if tips are allowed. Advice?

    Hi Jean,

Tipping the Cast Members who drive the privately reserved watercraft at Walt Disney World is at the discretion of the guests.  However, I do tip them when I reserve boats even though tips are not required.  I think you'll be very impressed with the service and expertise they provide during your voyage.  During the fireworks cruise I booked for my students earlier this summer, the Cast Member piloting our pontoon boat graciously accepted the 15% tip I offered her at the end of our voyage.

Have fun during your upcoming excursion on the Grand One!  You're certainly in for a magical evening.

    Best wishes,
    Jill
