Can't wait for my family's first Disney cruise in 2017! Are Pirate Night fireworks visible from veranda rooms?

Welcome aboard, Sybil! Your very first cruise with Disney Cruise Line will be such a memorable one for your whole family! With something for everyone onboard, you will each have activities that feel tailor made for you!

One of the most popular nights onboard is Pirate Night, and the Buccaneer Blast Fireworks at sea, like only Disney can do! My family loves getting dressed up in our pirate accessories and enjoying a pirate-themed dinner, pirate activities and a show, the fireworks, and the late night pirate buffet! Be sure to throw some swashbuckling accessories in your luggage as you pack, because many guests will wear costumes and other pirate gear that night to really get into the festivities. All guests will receive a Mickey's Pirates IN The Caribbean bandana to wear once onboard too.

Guests with verandah staterooms on the starboard side may be able to see some of the fireworks show depending on stateroom location, however certain staterooms on that side may receive a note asking them not to be on their verandah during the show for safety reasons. Honestly though, the best views are up on deck where the deck party is going on. Before the fireworks begin, there is a fabulous Pirates IN The Caribbean Deck Party for all guests on the pool deck, complete with Mickey zip lining overhead and then the fireworks begin. You wouldn't want to miss being up there to get the full Pirate Night experience, Sybil!

I hope you have a magical cruise vacation!
