We can't get reservations to the Beaches and Cream to indulge in the kitchen sink. Any other suggestions that might be a similar experience?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sarah!

I'm so happy to help you out with your question - ice cream is my love language!

Indulging in a Kitchen Sink at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop is a definitely a fun, although messy, experience. I suggest you keep checking to see if a reservation becomes available for your party. Guests' plans change all the time, and you never know when an opening will pop up. I have found availability many times for various dining locations just by checking the My Disney Experience mobile app. You might also try to see if you can get a table as a walk-in. If there is a wait, you can burn off some calories in advance by taking a Surrey Bike for a spin on the path around Crescent Lake! Although the Kitchen Sink is not available at the Beaches & Cream take-out window, a smaller Mickey's Kitchen Sink Sundae is served there in addition to scoops and other sundaes. Try the No Way Jose or Frozen Sunshine -- they are my favorites! You can also find Mickey's Kitchen Sink Sundae at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor in Magic Kingdom.

Another option nearby is Ample Hills Creamery at Disney's BoardWalk. In addition to scoops, cones, and sundaes, Ample Hills Creamery offers ice cream samplers. This is a great way to try many of their amazing flavors.

If you'll be visiting either of Disney's Water Parks, you will find giant Sand Pail ice cream sundaes served in, you guessed it, a sand pail and served with a shovel for scooping. At Disney Springs, Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop also offers a large shareable sundae.

    Enjoy!
