    Hi I can't link my will call confirmation number from my online booking to my Disney app to use fast passes

    Hello Martin and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel where as the current British Mum it's my absolute pleasure to assist with your families plans to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
    I can totally relate to your valued enquiry as some of my own extended family members had just this same instance recently when trying to link their UK exclusive Ultimate Tickets to My Disney Experience thus enabling them to go head and make those all important FastPass+ selections prior to arriving at Walt Disney World Resort.
    It may be helpful to know that when purchasing Ultimate Tickets online direct from the Walt Disney Travel Company Guests receive 2 emails - the 1st is a purchase confirmation email and the 2nd (which arrives approximately 72 hours after purchase) contains a PDF attachment with the Will Call confirmation number (usually a combination of 12 letters & numbers found printed underneath the barcode).  If you should have any further issues linking this Will Call number with My Disney Experience then I can highly recommend speaking with a knowledgable Cast Member who will be glad to assist by dialling the UK freephone number for Technical & Website Support found via this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.
