    Jennifer from CA Asked

I can't find my reservation and need to make changes. where do I find existing accounts?

    Hiya, Jennifer,

I’m sorry to hear of your trouble finding your existing reservation. Hopefully soon you will be all set for your upcoming visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

Existing hotel reservations can be viewed online. You will need both the confirmation number and your phone number associated with the reservation to view the reservation on the web site. For reservations made online, usually an email with the reservation information includes that confirmation number. If you are having trouble finding such an email, be sure to check the spam or junk mail folder. Whether or not you have your confirmation number, to make changes to an existing hotel or vacation package reservation, you will need to call the Walt Disney Travel Company. They can be reached at (714) 520-5050, 7 am to 9 pm Pacific time. I recently had to call to add an additional day to my own reservation. The Cast Member I spoke with was so friendly and helpful! For ticket questions, you may call (714) 781-4636, 7 am to 9 pm Pacific time. You may also be able to send an email to ask additional questions.

Up to 60 days before your visit, you can make dining reservations at the Disneyland Resort. Changes to dining reservations may be made online, in the Disneyland app, or by calling the dining reservation line at (714) 781-DINE, or (714) 781-3463, from 7 am to 7 pm Pacific time.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Jennifer! See ya real soon!
