    I can't find my online dining reservations that have been booked before october. When I tried to retrieve them, appears the message: "Sorry, we are unable to retrieve your reservation..." What's going on?

    Thank you for your question! The online reservation system was recently updated. So I think this was an automatic message while the system was undergoing it's update. I would recommend you give the wonderful cast members a call at (407) 939-3463 or (407) WDW-DINE.
