    Noreen from CA Asked

If I cannot locate my annual pass, but need to renew, how do I find out what my annual pass ID is?

    Hi Noreen!
If your Annual Passport was lost or stolen, you will be required to pay a $20 fee for a replacement. Once you do that, you will automatically have access to your Passport ID since it will be printed on the back of the card.
In terms of renewing a Disney Annual Passport, you can renew online or in person up to 40 days ahead of the expiration date. Keep in mind that once your Passport expires, you cannot renew it and you will have to simply purchase a new one at regular price (sometimes renewals come with a small discount).
As far as locating your Passport ID number, there are two ways to do this.
The first, depends on whether you still have a copy of your Annual Passholder contract which should have been emailed if you purchased your Passport online or printed if you bought your Passport in person at a Disneyland Main Entrance Ticket booth.
Another way of locating your Passport ID number is simply by calling Guest Relations at (714) 781-PASS (7277).
However, if you created an online Disney account, you can locate your Passport information under the welcome greeting upon logging in. There, you can renew your Passport which is easy, more convenient and does not require you to submit your Passport ID number. You'll still need to pay a Passport replacement fee the next time you visit the Parks.
    I hope this helps.
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
